Please note that once orders are placed through Paypal checkout orders can’t be canceled or modified. We try our very best to expedite orders; if you need to cancel or modify your order please call us within 24 hours of order placement. You will be responsible for all shipping charges once your order has been shipped. Sales tax rate is 6.25 percent in Massachusetts.

We are required to charge tax on purchases made from Massachusetts. It will be added to your merchandise total and reflected on your credit card charge. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuating market conditions. Prices, products and availability are all subject to change at any time by the manufacturer, which could affect the listed products. Any after-market parts we sell are manufactured to the exact specifications and they meet or exceed the quality of the original replacement parts.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of the items you are ordering and your shipping destination. No handling fees will be charged. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you used when you placed your order. Carrier confirmation emails will include tracking information. If your order does not arrive when it should, please contact us so that we may help to resolve the issue. If you have specific shipping requests please call us to discuss.

Alltown Gas Grills wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We pride ourselves on supplying our customers with the highest quality replacement parts, as fast as possible so you can enjoy your grill. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in like-new condition within 15 days for refund of the order. Shipping costs are not refunded. Returned goods may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Broken, used or damaged products cannot be returned. Assembled Grills cannot be returned.
